Ordering photographic material
We are happy to make photographic reproductions of our works available to private individuals, public institutions and businesses. We have made a number of main highlights from the exhibition available as high-resolution files; you can find them here.
If you want even higher resolution images than the ones provided here, or if you wish to receive images of other works from our collection, please contact the museum – we will be happy to send you the desired files. In the unlikely event that we do not have photographic reproductions of the desired work(s) available, or if you have special wishes for photographs of specific details or similar, it is possible to arrange for new photographs to be taken.
If you wish to order a photograph of one of our works, please send an email to the museum and include the following information: the work/works desired and your intended use of the image(s) (describing the nature of the intended publication, its scope/ edition run, whether it will be used on the front cover or inside the publication, etc.).

You can form an idea about the costs involved by consulting the list below. Here you will also find the terms and conditions applying to your use and reproduction of the images.
We endeavour to process your order within two weeks. However, please note that longer processing times must be expected when taking new photographs.
The artist’s copyright has expired for most of the artists represented in the Hirschsprung Collection; this happens seventy years after the relevant artist’s death. However, some exceptions do apply, and we strongly urge you to contact VISDA to ascertain whether the relevant artist or his/her heirs still hold copyright to the work you intend to use. You can find the contact information here: www.visda.dk.

Priserne er for digitale farveoptagelser leveret via Wetransfer.com eller anden fildelingstjeneste.

Reproduktionsbetingelser
1. Billedfilerne tilhører Den Hirschsprungske Samling, og museet har den fulde copyright til materialet.
2. Fotomaterialet må kun anvendes til det aftalte formål og på betingelse af, at motivet ikke beskæres, foldes eller overtrykkes, med mindre andet er aftalt. Overholdes ovenstående ikke betales en bod på minimum DKK 20.000 kr. ved enhver overtrædelse/krænkelse.
3. Materialet må ikke uden skriftlig tilladelse fra Den Hirschsprungske Samling videregives, kopieres eller anvendes til andet formål.
4. Elektronisk lagring af materialet er kun tilladt i den periode elektronisk håndtering i forbindelse med produktionen er nødvendig, d.v.s. alle digitale gengivelser af museets værker skal slettes umiddelbart efter brug.
5. Kunstnerens navn, værkets titel og datering, fotografens navn, samt at værket tilhører Den Hirschsprungske Samling skal tydeligt angives i publikationen. Foto: © Den Hirschsprungske Samling.
6. Et eksemplar af den publikation, hvori motivet forekommer skal ved udgivelsen uopfordret og vederlagsfrit sendes til Den Hirschsprungske Samling.
7. Den Hirschsprungske Samling forbeholder sig retten til at kræve et prøvetryk af reproduktionen forud for udgivelsen. Den Hirschsprungske Samling kan tilbagekalde reproduktionstilladelsen, såfremt kvaliteten er under den standard, Den Hirschsprungske Samling har fastsat.
8. I forbindelse med fotobestilling sendes en faktura baseret på prislisten for fotosalg. Tilladelse til reproduktionen træder først i kraft, når det aftalte gebyr er betalt. Så snart betalingen er registreret af museet, afsendes illustrationerne.
9. For elektroniske publikationer gælder det, at fotomaterialet maksimalt må vises i størrelsen 320x240 pixels. Løbetiden på online publikationer er 2 år, hvorefter ny tilladelse skal indhentes.
10. Ved genoptryk af alle former for reproduktioner skal fornyet tilladelse indhentes.
